Participant Expectations
We understand that circumstances may change. For the Scholarly Success Coach Training program, a full refund of the $3,995 tuition is available if requested in writing at least 21 days prior to the start of live instruction (the origination fee of 3.7% is non-refundable). Cancellations made two weeks before the start date will incur a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced or for any asynchronous materials already accessed. All refund requests must be processed through our administrative office.
To ensure successful completion of the ICF-accredited training, participants are expected to attend all 30 hours of live synchronous hours and complete 30 hours of asynchronous learning modules. Active participation in coach mentoring sessions is mandatory for certification eligibility. We uphold a standard of professional integrity and confidentiality among all trainees. Students are responsible for maintaining their own technology requirements to access the virtual learning environment and mentoring platforms.
